A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a well-established healthcare organization in Panama City Beach, FL. The role features a 38/27 rotation with every other weekend and holiday rotation, at a pay rate of 74.87 per hour.

• Active FNP license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of NP experience in primary care/family medicine/urgent care.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care with patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Perform routine physicals, health screenings, and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records.
• Support appointment management and clinic administrative tasks.
• Maintain a safe, organized clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the care team.
