Job summary

Sound to Sea, Trinity Center's Environmental Education Program on the Outer Banks, is seeking instructors for our fall season. Situated on a 58-acre island preserve on North Carolina's Southern Outer Banks, we serve around 75 schools with hands-on ecology lessons and care for program animals.

Instructors will alternate overnight duty; contracts may be year-round. Compensation includes $335/week plus private room, meals, and access to private beach and docks; health insurance available.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes on island habitats and related topics.
• Lead hands-on activities with diverse student groups.
• Assist with CPR/First Aid training and overnight duties.
