Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal/Family Medicine or related specialty.
• Active or eligible Florida medical license.
• 5+ years of clinical experience guiding clinical strategy in palliative and serious-illness care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical direction across all care services.
• Lead development of new clinical programs and service lines leveraging emerging healthcare models.
• Own regulatory compliance and quality performance with outcomes, safety and documentation oversight.
• Set clinical practice standards for physicians and APRNs and address performance through coaching.
• Drive growth through new service lines, partnerships, and referrals.
• Represent the organization externally as a clinical ambassador to hospitals and physician partners.
