Qualifications
- MD/DO degree with board certification and active US license.
- 10+ years of clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years in medical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading population health or value-based care initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills across clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization’s clinical strategy and objectives.
- Lead a culture of clinical excellence, quality improvement, and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical priorities with goals.
- Represent the medical group in industry forums and partnerships.
