Job summary

Swift Transportation is seeking OTR drivers out of Kirkland, Washington. Top 25% of OTR drivers at Sumner terminal average $1,700 weekly and pay ranges from $0.43 to $0.58 per mile depending on route and experience. Home monthly and weekly paychecks are provided, along with a strong benefits package.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ starts July 13, 2026 with a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving. Many terminals, performance bonus, and other perks support driver success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with valid Class A license.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder; none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
