Swift Transportation Company is seeking experienced OTR drivers for its Olympia, WA area operations. The Sumner, WA terminal hires drivers out of Olympia with coast-to-coast routes and a strong pay potential.

Top performers average around $1,700 weekly, with mileage pay from $0.43 to $0.58 per mile, plus benefits and home monthly. New Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program offers a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days solo.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Pass DOT physical and drug test.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder; none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• No drug-related conviction in the last 5 years.
