VivSoft Technologies LLC is seeking a Coalition Interoperability Specialist to join our team at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with travel up to 75% for coalition engagements.

You will connect U.S. forces with regional partners, help establish and run the USCENTCOM C2 Interoperability Program, and coordinate secure communications interoperability. A bachelor’s degree with extensive experience or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop methods for secure interoperability between U.S. forces and USCENTCOM partners.
• Serve as C2 SME and planner for PN C2 interoperability staff packages.
• Coordinate and facilitate CCIBs and CIWGs across CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Liaise with USCENTCOM directorates and partners to drive action items to resolution.
• Advise on identification, release and use of secure communications and MIL-STDs.
• Prepare executive summaries and papers on COMSEC and ITAR/export compliance.
• Represent the program at DoD agency meetings and major command events.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Connect U.S. forces and Regional Partners through secure, interoperable command and control. You'll help establish, run and facilitate the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) Command and Control Interoperability Program (C2IP), planning and coordinating secure communications interoperability with Partner Nations (PNs) in support of USCENTCOM's Theater Strategy and Theater Security Cooperation Strategy objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Plan and develop methods, procedures and techniques for secure communications interoperability between U.S. forces and USCENTCOM Regional Partners
• Serve as C2 SME and planner for country-specific PN C2 interoperability staff packages
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate Command and Control Interoperability Boards (CCIBs), Secure C2 Interoperability Working Groups (CIWGs), conferences and partner engagements across CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Liaise with USCENTCOM directorates, components, Ministries of Defense and Security Cooperation Offices, and drive CCIB/CIWG action items to resolution with DoS, DoD CIO, Joint Staff, NSA, DSCA and DTSA
• Advise Implementing Agencies and staff on the identification, release and use of U.S. MIL-STDs and secure communications in the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Prepare GO/FO-level correspondence (executive summaries, information, position and white papers) on CIS MOAs, COMSEC, FMS cases, Third Party Transfers, ITAR/export compliance, OPLANs/CONPLANs, Theater Campaign Plans and Security Cooperation Country Plans
• Represent the program at DoD agency, HQ USCENTCOM and major command meetings, panels, study groups and working groups

MUST-HAVES

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or 15+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance at start of work (interim not accepted) and U.S. citizenship
• Deep knowledge of Tactical Data Links (Link 16, Link 11), cross-domain and information sharing solutions (Radiant Mercury, TNE, CENTRIXS), and collaboration and telecommunications tools
• Working knowledge of COMSEC regulations and devices (install, operate, maintain), including requirements to transfer them to Foreign Partners, plus CJCS Instructions, CNSS and NSA policies
• Knowledge of or experience with Security Cooperation operations and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases
• Strong writing, editing and briefing skills for GO/FO-level audiences, and the ability to safeguard classified information
• Able to travel to AOR countries up to 75% to support Coalition engagements
