Job Description

The Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach at Berwick Academy is responsible for assisting the planning and directing the conditioning, training, and performance of our student athletes, for our Varsity & JV Baseball program. This position reports to the Head Varsity Baseball Coach for and the Director of Athletics. This assistant coaching position and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the New England Preparatory Athletic Council (NEPSAC) and Eastern Independent League. This position directs an assistant coach leading the team and its performance. The following list provides examples of the most typical duties for our Assistant Coach of the baseball program at Berwick Academy.

• Assist in the overall planning and execution of the Varsity & JV Baseball program.

Requirements

Experienced Club and High School Baseball coach preferred, but not required.
