Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in youth sports or coaching, strong leadership abilities, and reliable transportation. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in youth sports, coaching, or program coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide coaches and children.
• Experience managing or training teams in youth development or sports settings.
• Reliable transportation to travel between program sites.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard new coaches.
• Maintain engagement with current coaches, supporting retention.
• Lead classes and support head coaches in staffing.
• Provide mentorship, field observations, and constructive feedback.
