A children's sports development company in New York is seeking a Coaching Manager to oversee their Advanced Soccer Program. The successful candidate will train and mentor coaches, implement recruiting strategies, and ensure class quality across the NY-Metro region. Candidates should have substantial sports coaching experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and at least three years in an administrative role. The position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $85,000, along with health and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in sports coaching or leadership experience in coaching.
• Experience in education or recreational program management is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative role.
• Must possess exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• Personable with exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead delivery of SSU Curriculum to ensure class quality.
• Train and mentor the SSU Coaching Team.
• Conduct seasonal recruiting and onboarding practices.
• Lead year-round coach training and development seminars.
• Resolve quality control issues per organizational practices.
