Soccer Shots Indiana is hiring a Coaching Coordinator to support a growing team of coaches and deliver our character-building soccer program for 2-8 year olds. You will train new coaches, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality coaching aligned with our core values.
This full-time role includes collaborating with the DOC on hiring, onboarding, and season planning, coordinating equipment and materials, and traveling occasionally to Fort Wayne and South Bend.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is highly organized, detailed, and passionate about our mission. The coaching coordinator is responsible for building supportive relationships with coaching staff through 1:1 training, evaluating and developing. This person is highly organized, caring, patient, positive and committed to helping people reach their potential. The coaching coordinator assumes a “team captain\" position in which they are thought of as a role model for new and experienced coaches.
Functions in a temperature-controlled office environment a portion of the time. Work requires ability to sit, stand and walk throughout an extended work day (8 – 10 hours); position requires use of fingers, hands and arms on a consistent basis for keyboarding and phone work; position may need to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion; excellent vision skills (with or without correction) are required. The standard office environment has moderate noise levels associated with computer equipment, customers and phone conversations. Position may occasionally have the need to be exposed to an inside/outside sports environment. Work requires ability to run, stop, stoop, bend (a physical, exercise type regimen) in a minimum of 40-minute increments per session. Moderate gymnasium like noises are associated with this position.
Expected working hours are season-dependent and generally scheduled Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Work hours may fall anywhere between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., with standard 8-hour workdays. When Saturday hours are required, weekday hours may be adjusted to maintain a 40-hour work week.
This is a full-time and salaried position. Minimum of 40 hours a week is required, with additional hours sometimes needed to meet deadlines and goals.
