Job summary

Marshfield High School is seeking a part-time Varsity Girls Tennis Coach for Spring 2027. The coach will lead the girls varsity tennis program, plan practices, and ensure competitive play in the athletic schedule.

The role reports directly to the Athletic Director and Building Principal and requires strong knowledge of the sport, player development, and safety/injury prevention. Applications include citizenship/residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tennis rules and coaching techniques.
• Ability to relate well with high school students.
• Knowledge of conditioning techniques and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Coach girls varsity tennis for Spring 2027 at Marshfield High School.
• Work under the supervision of the Athletic Director and Building Principal.
• Maintain a safe, positive program and uphold school athletic policies.

Knowledge of the sport and its rules; ability to relate well with high school students; knowledge of proper conditioning techniques and treatment and prevention of injuries.
