Job summary

WeDriveU in Redmond, WA is seeking a Coach Operator to safely and reliably transport passengers along designated routes. You will uphold safety standards, maintain timely schedules, and deliver friendly customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass DOT medical, drug screen, and background check; preferred HS diploma and at least one year of commercial driving experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicle safely and in accordance with laws and policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and report issues.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and managers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about routes and schedules.
• Report maintenance issues and incidents via radio or hands-free devices.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and incident reports.
• Assist ADA passengers with boarding/unloading (up to 45 lbs).
• Other duties as assigned.
