Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocol and schedules to transport employees between stops.
• Interact with customers, dispatch, and managers professionally.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and report issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions about schedules and routes.
• Report maintenance, road concerns, accidents, and delays promptly using radios.
