Job Description

As an Enumerator Coach for NASDA, you will play a vital role in supporting our agricultural producers by providing reliable, accurate, and objective statistics and information that farmers, ranchers, and rural communities depend on. Your responsibilities include assisting enumerators with quality control and technical questions related to surveys, monitoring their progress, and providing ongoing training.

Position Details

• The Coach reports to the assigned Manager and oversees a team of up to 20 Enumerators.
• Responsibilities include reviewing survey forms for accuracy, coaching, training, and ensuring efficient data collection.
• Complete surveys as needed while managing workload.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of college or work experience.
• Experience in data collection.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Salary & Schedule

Starting at $22.09/hour. Part-time, remote position, approximately 15-25 hours/week. Candidates must reside in CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, OR, WA, or WY.
