You will build communication, skill, and motivation in teams, delivering effective group and individual instruction to create exceptional growth experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate, Bachelor's or commensurate experience preferred.
• Certified by MSP, MPD, UTAH CFP.
• Possess MSAR Instructor credentials.
• Successful coaching or teacher leadership experience preferred.
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses for MD HQL, DC CCW, Utah CFP, Women's Self-Defense, CPR, Laser Simulation, Range Safety, etc.
• Computer Savvy to conduct online hybrid classes.
• Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games and competitive events.
• Instruct individuals or groups in rules, strategies, and performance principles.
• Use data-driven instruction in the teaching/learning process.
• Build an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes.

You have a background in sports and are passionate about helping student-athletes reach their potential.
