Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Coach Instructor to join our team! You will be coaching and providing direction to student-athletes to help them develop skills, behaviors, and attitudes necessary for success both academically and athletically.

You should have a background in sports and a passion for helping student-athletes reach their potential. Your ability to build communication, skills, and motivation within student teams will enable you to provide effective group and individual instruction, creating exceptional experiences for students' growth.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching courses such as MD HQL, DC CCW, Utah CFP, Women's Self-Defense, CPR, Laser Simulation, Range Safety, etc.
• Conducting online hybrid classes, requiring computer proficiency
• Providing training, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for competitions
• Instructing individuals or groups on rules, strategies, and performance principles
• Using data-driven methods in teaching and learning processes
• Creating an engaging and safe environment for all student-athletes

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred
