South Bend Community School Corp Athletics is seeking a part-time ES Wrestling coach for the 2025-2026 school year to develop skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. The role involves leading engaging practices under the Athletics Department with a focus on safety and personal growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate training sessions for SBCSC Athletes that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship under direction of the Athletics Department.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment that encourages personal and athletic growth.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and organization staff to provide updates on progress, schedules, and any concerns.
• Monitor and assess participant performance, providing constructive feedback and motivation to help individuals achieve their personal and team goals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices, games, and related activities.
• Assist with the coordination of team events, competitions, and community outreach initiatives.
• Promote the organization's values and contribute to a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion.
