Job summary

South Bend Community School Corporation is seeking an ES Futsal Coach for the 2026-2027 season at SBCSC locations in South Bend, IN. This role focuses on planning age-appropriate training, fostering teamwork, and ensuring safety under the Athletics Department.

The position is part-time with a $500 stipend. Ideal candidates bring leadership and communication skills, a commitment to community service, and willingness to undergo training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the sport or activity as a player or coach is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire youth and/or adult participants.
• Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with a genuine interest in volunteerism and community service.
• Willingness to undergo training and adhere to coaching philosophy and safety protocols.
• Must pass a background check in accordance with SBCSC Board Policy.
