  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of the sport.
  • Coaching experience in the sport.
  • First Aid/CPR/A.E.D. Certification required. Must obtain MIAA coaching certification within one year of employment.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Good communication skills.
