Description

The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is a mission-driven organization seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about our mission and vision. We are looking for energetic coaches to facilitate and help build skills and confidence for youth registered for the Damian Lillard Basketball Camp.

Job Responsibilities

Create a fun and safe environment for young athletes (ages 6-16) to improve their health, fitness, and basketball skills.
Work scheduled from July 22-25, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM each day.

Job Specifics

Facilitate sport clinic-style curriculum.
Instruct participants using systemic performance programming tailored to individual and team needs.
Establish positive relationships with players and parents.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for children.
Supervise children regularly.
Assist with court setup and cleanup.
