Job summary

KidStrong Coral Springs seeks coaches with an athletic or coaching background to work with children from walking age through 11 years old. You will focus on brain, physical, and character development aligned with the evolving monthly curriculum.

You should be comfortable speaking with parents to explain the rationale behind the curriculum and how activities support development. Classes run on a flexible weekday schedule, with potential weekend hours and opportunities to increase hours through

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for coaching with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking - 11 years old

KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum

Ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum

Our classes run weekdays 9am-11am and afternoons from about 3pm until 7:30 pm.

Weekends we start around 9am through 2pm.

Opportunity for a flexible work schedule depending on studio needs.

Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through camps, parties, parents' night out, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done
