Job summary

Fleet Feet is seeking a friendly Coach to be the heartbeat of our community training programs. You'll provide encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels, guiding sessions with safety and inclusivity in mind.

No formal coaching certification is required, and a passion for running and helping others succeed is all you need. Evening and weekend sessions fit around your schedule as you join our supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support and encourage participants at scheduled training sessions.

• Collaborate with Training Program Lead to ensure smooth sessions.
• Foster a sense of community, inclusion, and camaraderie.
• Be a visible ambassador for Fleet Feet at training events.

Overview

Are you passionate about running and love helping others achieve their goals? As a Coach at Fleet Feet, you'll be the heartbeat of our community training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you'll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

This role is perfect for outgoing, fitness-minded individuals who want to give back to the running community and be part of something meaningful. No formal coaching certification required!

If you're ready to lace up your shoes and help others cross their finish lines, we'd love to have you on the team.

What You'll Do

• Support and encourage participants at scheduled training sessions.
