Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Mechanic-CO2 (Finance) to install, operate, and maintain natural gas liquid processing plants and related pipeline, terminal, pump and compression facilities. The role emphasizes working with complex systems beyond standard maintenance and requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and travel as needed.

You will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years' direct work experience as a substitute for a degree.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compressor or pump station, gathering field and processing plant operations.
• Knowledge of gas and liquid processing theories and fundamentals.
• Knowledge of operating costs associated with the equipment in area of responsibility.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain Operator Qualifications (OQ).
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain natural gas liquid processing facilities.
• Inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow safety, regulatory and company policies.
• Respond to callouts and emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
