Job summary

Serviform America is seeking a hands-on CO₂ Laser Technician to join our growing service team in the field. You’ll install, service, and maintain CO₂ laser systems while solving mechanical and electrical challenges for customers across North America.

You’ll work on-site with customers, travel approximately three weeks per month, and train operators on machine use and best practices. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service or industrial equipment.
• Hands-on problem solver with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Customer-focused mindset and clear communicator.
• Willingness to travel approx. 3 weeks/month.
