Responsibilities

• Lead internal kickoffs; partner with Sales/Engineering during FEED reviews to confirm scope.
• Set priorities, schedules, budgets, and docs; maintain submittals, tracking, minutes, logs.
• Secure and administer prime contracts; negotiate subcontract agreements and scope changes.
• Coordinate procurement with purchasing to meet specifications, schedule dates, and cost targets.
• Track financial performance with forecasts, monthly reports, billing approvals, and invoicing.
• Support startup/commissioning with operations; ensure ASME and QC compliance; lead warranty resolution.
