Becoming Collegiate Academy in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an Elementary Associate Teacher (Kindergarten-1st Grade) for the 2026-27 school year. The AT will support classroom instruction, facilitate learning, and help create a student-centered environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth.

The role targets new teachers and follows a gradual release model with ongoing coaching and collaboration. Requires Florida teaching certification eligibility and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution.
• Florida Teaching Certification or Eligibility for Certification (Pre-K/Primary – Grade 3 OR Elementary Education K-6) is required.
