Co-Teacher (Remote, Full-Time)

Support, Inspire, and Co-Create the Future of Primary Education

Are you a compassionate, tech-savvy educator who thrives in collaborative environments? Do you love working with children and want to shape how they experience learning in a digital, global classroom? We’re searching for a Co-Teacher with energy, empathy, and educational drive to support exceptional primary education experiences for students worldwide.

This is your opportunity to join a pioneering global school and help reimagine what teaching and learning can look like in the 21st century.

EQL Edtech is proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for this role on behalf of bina. All applications will be managed by EQL’s expert edtech recruitment team.

About bina

bina is transforming primary education through a mobile, global model. Their innovative school combines micro-classrooms of just seven students, located across the globe, learning synchronously online in real time. With a strong focus on academic achievement, social-emotional learning, and cultural awareness, they deliver joyful, high-quality education that adapts to each learner’s needs.

Our mission is powered by “Precision Education” - using real-time feedback and smart digital tools to offer deeply personalised learning journeys. They integrate the best of educational research, content, and technology to help every child thrive.

About the Role: Co-Teacher

As a Co-Teacher, you will work alongside Lead Teachers to provide daily, high-impact support to students and the broader learning environment. You’ll play a vital role in the delivery of lessons, provide small group supervision, assist with content development, and ensure every learner is supported and seen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised and group support during live online classes (ages 4–12).
  • Assist in designing and refining interactive, thematic learning units and resources.
  • Supervise small student groups as directed, supporting social-emotional and academic development.
  • Offer timely, constructive feedback to students and families.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and colleagues to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Use student feedback and data to inform adaptive support strategies.
  • Uphold strong professional ethics and help shape a safe, inclusive digital school.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in schools, tutoring, early years settings, or youth programs is essential.
  • Bonus points for additional educational certifications or experience with diverse learners.
Teaching Support Experience
  • You’ve worked with children aged 4–12, ideally in structured learning settings.
  • You understand how to motivate and connect with young learners in a remote environment.
  • You’ve worked with international or multicultural groups and are comfortable navigating diverse perspectives.
Tech & Digital Fluency
  • You are comfortable using online learning platforms, digital tools, and virtual classroom software.
  • Platforms like Google Classroom, SeeSaw, Zoom, or other EdTech tools are familiar to you—or you’re excited to learn quickly.
  • You’re eager to explore how technology can enhance personalised learning.
Who the Role Isn’t Right For

This role is not suited to:

  • Candidates with no experience working directly with children.
  • Those who have only worked as online English tutors, without broader classroom support experience.
  • Educators resistant to using or learning digital tools in a classroom context.
  • People who prefer traditional, rigid classroom environments over flexible, evolving ones.
What bina offers
  • Monthly salary: $2,500 USD
    Annual equivalent: $30,000 USD
  • Fully remote position – work from anywhere with a strong internet connection.
  • ️ Up to 7 weeks of paid vacation + 5 weeks of paid training per year.
  • A vibrant culture of growth, learning, and impact.
  • Daily collaboration with educators and students from around the world.
  • Flexible, agile workflows and the chance to shape your role as we grow.
  • A deeply values-led team committed to inclusion, wellbeing, and joyful learning.
