Job summary

Ollie is seeking a Store Team Leader in State College, PA to drive store operations and lead a high-performing sales team. You will oversee merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight to ensure an outstanding in-store experience.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting, expense oversight, and ensuring timely reporting. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, and a commitment to Ollie’s core values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in providing exceptional Associate and Customer experiences; ensures company standards are demonstrated in every interaction.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met.
• Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional duties as assigned.
