Claratel Behavioral Health seeks a Co-responder Program Manager to oversee the Co-responder program, coordinate crisis interventions, and connect individuals to community resources. You will supervise clinicians and case managers, partner with police and community providers, and ensure effective crisis de-escalation and follow-through.

The role emphasizes on-site assessment, collaboration with law enforcement, and trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold Georgia licensure as LPC or LCSW.
• Minimum 3 years mental health/substance use crisis intervention experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable about withdrawal signs and acute psychosis.
• Basic computer and typing skills; CPI training and CPR current.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day program operations with reports.
• Lead weekly check-ins and monthly staff meetings.
• Supervise co-responder staff and field crisis responses.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, 911, and community partners.
• Provide on-site clinical assessments and crisis intervention.
• Document calls and follow-up contacts electronically.
• Participate in rotating on-call telephonic support to officers.
