Job summary

Sangaree Animal Hospital at Cane Bay in the Charleston metro area is seeking a full-time DVM who aspires to real equity ownership. You’ll join a two-doctor team with no corporate quotas, own a meaningful stake, and share in practice growth and value.

You'll decide the workups and treatment plans, benefit from equity distributions, leadership training, and a supportive mentorship structure while maintaining an established caseload in a growing Berkeley County community.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited school and licensed or license-eligible in South Carolina.
• Small animal general practice experience with routine surgery and dentistry.
• Genuine interest in ownership and equity in a partner-owned hospital.
• Strong judgment and communication skills to operate with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Run medical decisions and treatment plans for a growing caseload.
• Lead clinical decision making and contribute to clinic culture.
• Participate in ownership decisions including equipment, hiring and scheduling.

Sangaree Animal Hospital at Cane Bay is seeking a partner doctor — real equity, a real voice in how the practice grows, and support behind you instead of the risk of going solo. You'd join a two-doctor team that's been keeping tails wagging since 2014 and has the "Best of Summerville" hardware to prove it, in a Berkeley County market up 35% over the past decade.

You run the medicine
