Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per Diem opportunity at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary to support patient care and administration. You will assist patients and families, help schedule appointments, and contribute to healthcare projects.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospital setting and opportunities for professional growth. Qualified candidates are currently enrolled in a health-related program (0–1 year) with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions

• Provide assistance to patients and their families, answering questions and addressing concerns within your scope of knowledge.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and optimal patient flow.
• Responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care, participate in administrative tasks, and assist in various healthcare projects.
• valuable hands‑on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to your professional development.
• Help with data entry and maintaining electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Pay Range
