Job summary

Textron in Piney Flats, TN offers a 2026 Fall Co-Op as a Resource Analyst. This part-time internship is limited to 20 hours per week and up to 1,000 hours per calendar year, onsite.

You will support demand/supply evaluation, identify constraints, assist in workflow planning, and help align cross-functional teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, and production support to strengthen performance delivery.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field required.
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of demand and supply and identify potential constraints.
• Assist in workflow planning and help drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Gain hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, and production support.
