Job summary

Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF Biologics) invites motivated students to join our Co-op in Research and Development in Edison, NJ. The role centers on supporting experiments, tissue processing, data analysis, and literature review under guided SOPs.

Co-op runs January 2027 through June 2027. Compensation is $25 to $32 per hour, and candidates must be enrolled in a college or university during the period and report to Edison five days a week.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least one to three years of college credit toward a degree in Engineering or Science.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university during the co-op period.
• Good organizational ability and communication skills; able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Participates in processing tissue, planning and performing experiments and analyzing results for Research and Development projects.
• Performs biochemical assays, mechanical testing, and other preclinical in vitro testing.
• Performs literature searches and compile summaries of all relevant information.
• Researches competitive products and continue to update competitive information libraries.
• Maintains lab notebook and prepares data summaries and reports.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and trained.
