Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a JJT SCT Deliver Co-op/Technical Product Analyst in the Innovative Medicine Warehouse Management (IMWM) group, located in Shepherdsville, KY or Somerset, NJ. The role focuses on ERP implementations, WMS enhancements, and agile product management within a SCRUM team.

You will support product strategies, translate requirements into user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to supply chain tech and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• Interest in AI and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices (SAFe preferred) and SDLC.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership and drives improvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product solutioning workshops to determine how we deliver business value.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for initiatives across IMWM Deliver product strategies.
• Support ERP implementation go-live.
• Learn and apply SAFe agile and product management methodologies in solution delivery.
• Participate in PI Planning and SCRUM ceremonies and assist with test executions.
• Help track and report product outcomes and related metrics to drive decisions.
