Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Process Standardization & Delivery Automation Co-op for a full-time term from January to August 2027 in Milwaukee, WI. You will standardize delivery practices globally and help design reusable content to reduce rework, while scripting in Python and C# to deploy automation for industrial switches and VMs.

You will gain hands-on experience in lab hardware setup and receive support with templates, playbooks and guides to unify execution across projects.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
• A STEM related degree in progress
• A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with creative solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize competing tasks and meet project deadlines
• Experience collaborating with and leading others to achieve project goals
• The ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

This is a full-time role from January to August 2027. You will have to take off an academic term for this role.
