Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Process Engineering, Operations & Continuous Improvement to join our Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development team in Tarrytown, NY.

These positions offer hands-on experience in technology transfer, continuous improvement, and data visualization. Co-ops are 40 hours per week onsite from January to August or May to December, with hourly pay $17.90–$50.90 depending on education level.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
• Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December
• Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Support technology transfer projects between development and manufacturing teams
• Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across process development
• Build reporting and data-visualization tools to track project status across teams
• Coordinate with upstream, downstream, and analytical teams to gather project information
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains
• Prepare presentations and updates for cross‑functional stakeholders
• Support project planning and timeline tracking
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization on operations
