We’re currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our Arconic Co-Op Program. A co‑op position with Arconic allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities.Working alongside professionals in their field, Arconic co-ops can sharpen their skills by applying their education to real-world situations through hands‑on learning, gaining invaluable experience that can be utilized in any future role. As with internships, it is Arconic’s goal to evaluate its co‑op associates for future potential entry‑level openings, although full‑time employment after completion of the program is not guaranteed. With over 20 locations across the US, there are opportunities to work in a variety of places around the country.

Mechanical Engineering Co-Op Details

Length: 7 Months (January 4, 2027 - July 30, 2027, OR May 31, 2027 - December 17, 2027)

Pay Type: Salary

Pay rate: $4k/month (~$23/hour) + $1000/month housing stipend.

Shift: Normally M - F: 7 - 3:30, but there will be some occasional off‑shift requirements that will require work to be performed outside of those hours.
