Arconic Co-Op Program

We’re currently seeking highly motivated and energetic students to join our Arconic Co-Op Program. A co-op position with Arconic allows students to be a part of dynamic and innovative projects, while providing ample mentoring and professional development opportunities.Working alongside professionals in their field, Arconic co-ops can sharpen their skills by applying their education to real-world situations through hands-on learning, gaining invaluable experience that can be utilized in any future role. As with internships, it is Arconic’s goal to evaluate its co-op associates for future potential entry-level openings, although full-time employment after completion of the program is not guaranteed. With over 20 locations across the US, there are opportunities to work in a variety of places around the country.

Electrical Engineering Co-Op Details

• Length: One year (May 31, 2027 - December 17, 2027)
• Pay Type: Salary
• Pay rate: $4k/month (~$23/hour) + $1,000/month housing stipend.
• Shift: Normally M – F: 7 – 3:30, but there will be some occasional off-shift requirements that will require work to be performed outside of those hours.
