Job summary

MPR Associates, Inc. is seeking talented engineering students for paid co-op opportunities across multiple disciplines, including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Nuclear, and Software Engineering.

The program offers hands-on experience on projects in power, federal services, health, and life sciences while supporting you with a housing stipend. Positions are available spring, summer, and fall at offices nationwide, including Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record and motivation to pursue engineering.
• Ability to work on interdisciplinary teams and learn quickly.
• Familiarity with programming languages and analysis software preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project disciplines on engineering teams.
• Assist in thermal hydraulic, structural, and electrical analysis tasks.
• Contribute to product development, software, PCB design, and systems engineering.
• Engage in data analytics, automation, and process improvement activities.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, and field deployment activities.
• Collaborate with junior and senior engineers to deliver technical insights.
