Job summary

HNTB is seeking current or former interns for an internship that supports assigned department(s) by performing basic engineering tasks and activities. You will assist engineering teams with research, design, and the preparation of drawings and documents as assigned.

The role emphasizes understanding engineering principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to organize information for drawings and submittals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary engineering program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.
• Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
