Job summary

EOSYS is seeking a NEXT Engineer for its cooperative education program starting Spring 2026. You will participate in design, construction, testing, and documentation of basic industrial control and information systems while gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and field work.

You will learn CAD, hardware and software design techniques, and system installation processes, with formal training and mentoring, and housing provided during work sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year engineering degree program (EE/CE/ChE or other)
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Full-time academic enrollment during co-op sessions

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, construction, testing, and documentation of basic industrial control and information systems
• Assist in manufacturing operations using hand and power tools
• Assist in field operations including requirement definition, field survey, installation, checkout, and commissioning
• Learn technical skills including CAD, hardware/software design, and testing techniques
