The role focuses on developing processes, assembly instructions, and work instructions for integrating value-added options on CNC machine tool platforms. You will collaborate with Production and Applications Engineering to install equipment effectively and in a repeatable manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with machinery integration and installation processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards (audit knowledge helpful).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and process improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures, assembly guides, and work instructions for setup and installation of CNC machine tool platforms.
• Document electrical and mechanical interfaces, wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics/automation interfaces.
• Assist with installations, identify hurdles, and work with Production and Applications Engineering to resolve.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma: standard work, time studies, 5S, and error reduction.
• Create/update detailed drawings using Solid Works CAD.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 certification; conduct internal audits and drive continual improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
