Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program majoring in Computer Science or Biomedical Engineering.
• Experience in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of regulated product development/design change environments, with FDA-regulated medical devices experience preferred.
• Experience implementing new tools/processes, process/continuous improvement, and change management. Strong negotiator and influencer.
• People-focused, collaborative, team player with drive for results; strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration; customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the team’s execution of software design changes and related design control deliverables.
• Execute project tasks and deliverables based on interdependencies and project requirements.
• Collaborate to reduce process time while maintaining quality and value.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for Continuous Value Delivery; work with stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with project leaders and managers; adhere to QMS procedures to ensure patient safety and quality.
