Delta Air Lines is seeking a Crew Technology Strategy Co‑Op in Atlanta to support the Strategy and PMO team with project coordination, process mapping, and data analysis. You will work with Product Managers, Owners, and business leaders to drive operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources.

Qualifications

  • Requires undergraduate student (sophomore or above) with minimum 30 semester hours completed.
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain it.
  • Full‑time enrollment while in co‑op; rotations in Atlanta, GA.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support project coordination and delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping and documentation.
  • Clarify business requirements for technology projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders at various levels.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Management content (SOPs, glossary, team pages).
  • Attend meetings; prepare documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will support the Strategy and PMO team in driving operational efficiency and technology improvements for Crew Resources. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation, working alongside Product Managers, Product Owners, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
  • Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, HR).
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project objectives and decision-making.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content (e.g., SOPs, Glossary of Terminology, team pages).
  • Participate in meetings, prepare documentation, and help communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project goals and deliverables.
  • Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
  • The Co-op position requires a candidate to be enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above) that has successfully completed a minimum of 30 semester hours.
  • Must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be able to maintain the minimum GPA.
  • Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full‑time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
  • This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co‑op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
  • Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the schedule below:
  • Summer 2027 - 1st rotation
  • Spring 2028 - 2nd rotation
  • Fall 2028 - 3rd rotation
  • Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Currently must be enrolled full‑time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Self‑sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
