ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Construction Project Manager Co-op for Spring/Summer 2027 in Canton, OH. The role equips students to support project managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, and site visits while gaining real-world experience.

The program offers housing stipends, internship hours counted toward ESOP eligibility, and potential for a full-time position after graduation, with ongoing mentorship and formal reviews during the internship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, and buyout.
• Support permitting and submittal review activities for projects.
• Participate in shop drawing review and material ordering coordination.
• Support billing, change orders, and pay applications processes.
• Visit job sites with PM to ensure project progress and quality.
