Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Riverside, MO is seeking a Construction Project Manager Co-op for Summer/Fall 2027. This 6–8 month full-time program offers hands-on exposure to estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permits, and site visits, with a housing stipend and potential for a full-time role after graduation.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management programs with a 3.0 GPA and prior internship experience; strong communication and work

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Previous Internship or Co-op construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating by describing project proposals and assigning dollar values
• Create a working timeline for subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Attend design meetings with owner, team, engineers and architects
• Coordinate buyout: issue bid instructions, proposals, and awards
• Assist permitting: fill out forms and seek approvals
• Review shop drawings and submittals with PMs
• Assist subcontract administration: subcontracts, change orders, pay requests
• Visit job sites to monitor progress
