Co-ops must be enrolled in or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate program, commit to 40 hours per week, and have a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred. Pay ranges by education level: $17.90 to $50.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree and returning to school after the position.
• Commit to 40 hours per week for the full duration of the co‑op term.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, work, or community preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in vitro safety and efficacy testing of cell therapy candidates.
• Develop tumor antigen expression and flow cytometry methods.
• Contribute to viral-vector production and process development for cell engineering.
• Support high‑throughput protein production activities.
• Contribute to analytical method development for GMP manufacturing.
• Support digital‑transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations.
• Document experimental procedures and results.
• Collaborate with scientists across the cell therapy team.
