Job description

Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops to join our Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM) team, Regeneron's cell therapy unit developing next-generation T-cell therapies for cancer.

When & where

Location: Cambridge, MA / Seattle, WA

Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring‑Summer), May/June‑December (Summer‑Fall), and August‑December (Fall).

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90‑$50.90 per hour.

What you’ll do
  • Support in vitro safety and efficacy testing of cell therapy candidates
  • Develop tumor antigen expression and flow cytometry methods
  • Contribute to viral‑vector production and process development for cell engineering
  • Support high‑throughput protein production activities
  • Contribute to analytical method development supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing
  • Support digital‑transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations
  • Document experimental procedures and results
  • Collaborate with scientists across the cell therapy team
