Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Fall 2026 Co-op in Wooster, OH to participate in a range of projects across HR, finance, and operations. You will support recruiting, scheduling, reporting, and process documentation while gaining exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technology processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or pursuing an academic degree.
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support human resource functions such as recruiting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Support controlling functions such as reporting, analyzing budget processes, and developing process documentation.
• Developing business cases for production of new products.
• Supporting purchasing and quality strategy roadmap.
